The Formiq partner program
Introduce Formiq as a forex backtesting tool. When someone you sent subscribes, you receive 30% of what they pay — not once, but for as long as they keep paying.
30% of every payment received, every month (or every year, on the annual plan), until the customer cancels.
Free sign-ups do not qualify. Commission starts at the first completed payment for a paid plan.
A subscription counts if it starts within 90 days of the click. Almost nobody decides on the first visit, so the window is deliberately long.

Send the URL of your site or channel and a line on how you plan to write about it. A blog, a YouTube channel, an X account or a newsletter are all fine. There is no real application process, but sites that fall foul of the restrictions below are turned down.

Each month you get the previous month's conversions and the amount owed. Payment follows by the end of the month after that. Balances under ¥5,000 roll over.
What Formiq is
A forex backtesting and replay tool that runs in the browser. Nothing to install the way MT4/MT5 needs, and no historical data to source yourself. Pick a pair and a date and the chart opens at that moment in time; step forward one candle at a time and record trades as you would have taken them.
It ships more than 50 indicators, and a rule-based batch backtest runs from the same screen. There is an iOS app as well.
The paid plan, Unlimited, is $19.99/month or $179.99/year. Most of the product works without paying, so you can use it properly before writing about it.
How the commission works
- 30% of what we actually receive. On the monthly plan that is $6.00 per customer per month, every month, until they cancel.
- No cap on the number of payments or the length of the relationship. A customer who stays two years pays out for two years.
- Refunds and chargebacks are deducted.
- Invoicing, payment fees and tax handling are settled individually.
- Referring yourself does not qualify.
What cannot be tracked
- Purchases made through the App Store. Payments inside the iOS app go through Apple, which gives us no way to tie them back to a link. Only web checkouts on formiq.jp qualify. You are welcome to mention the iOS app; it just cannot pay commission.
- Visitors who clear cookies or site data. Attribution can be lost inside the window.
- Subscriptions started on a different device from the one that clicked.
The first two are not solvable, so plan on the measured number being lower than the number of people you actually sent.
Restrictions
- No guaranteed-return or "100% win rate" claims. Formiq is an analysis tool, not investment advice. Promotion that would breach financial-promotion rules ends the partnership.
- No undisclosed promotion. In Japan, paid endorsements must be labelled as advertising under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations; sites without that disclosure are turned down.
- No paid search advertising on "Formiq" or close variants.
- No sites or accounts presenting themselves as Formiq or as an official channel.
- No descriptions of features or prices that do not exist. We may ask for corrections.
Changes to these terms
Any change is announced 30 days in advance and applies only to referrals made after it takes effect. The rate on subscriptions already earned does not change.
If the service is discontinued, the same notice applies, and commission on subscriptions running at that point is paid through to the end.
